SchoolStreet Success Story – Part 1

A recent University of Virginia study by Environmental and Urban Planning professor William Lucy, found that there is a tremendous demographic shift of hombuyers to urban and urban infill projects. Lucy said, “More decentralized, multidimensional and shared solutions by developers, builders and government are required, and opportunities for fix-up, remodeling, expansion and condominium projects in cities and inner suburbs, fueled by preferences for convenient locations, will be the economic driver in the housing market in the future.”

SchoolStreet is a perfect example of a responsible development built on urban infill planning principles coupled with “front porch” architectural design. This concept provides a truly vibrant street-oriented community powered by a convenient, downtown location.

Through SchoolStreet, we are taking “a different perspective”, and so far, the results speak for themselves.
